Yay! lemur lady – you need to make a friend for flat stanley!!

I hear fionaT has a mouse corpse she’s keeping in a tupperware, left over (added bonus?) from her recent (and probably on-going?) bathroom overhaul part 7346291. If you ask nicely, she might let you practice your skinning/stuffing technique on it?

So – two things:

1) why have I stopped getting an email when you post a new blog – I always used to and it’s stopped……technology…..ggrrr…..

2) uummmmm…..can’t remember the other one (as it’s all of 30 seconds since I typed the thing above ^^ – shame on me)

BUT – we may just have to order more heating oil, owing to living in the back and beyond of nowhere and not having the modern *gas* thing.

We did, like you, have just the one barbecue (burn food and other outside…) this year. But blue sky was nice to see….briefly…..

Hum… Mr LizzieMade has a new bbQ not a “bbw”… grrr…

And while I’m wittering on, do you think you could ask your “I’m not a zombie really” comments checker if it could make the hard sums less hard? It’s a bit much at this time of the evening… I mean, “2+3=…” … well, really, I ask you…
And right now, it’s asking for me to do a Take-Away sum!! Oh noes.. must go and find The Boy for help… I mean, I’m only an innocent little bookbinder. My sums are only done so I can work out how big to cut my bits of paper & bookboard…
Now then (sticks point of tongue out between teeth…) uummm… 6-4=??? errr….
Oh heck! Boy, come here and help Mum with this hard sum!

Ah, well you see, the “bit at the bottom” (of the garden, of course!), is nicely disguised in the photos, by the Bits that are Visible – with nicely trimmed grass and trees and stuff… Looks good.

And no, I did not know that you can explode mackerel… I must give it a go some time (perhaps when Mr LizzieMade is playing with his new bbw, which he bought last year but it rained non-stop after that and he never got the chance to use it…) Exploding mackerel sounds like cool fun.

BTW I think your Mutha sounds just like you – and she is talented at sewing too – I can see where you and FionaT get your skills from – all of them perhaps (?)

mutha dearest i loves my little black heart apron and shall wear it any which way i choose! though the less said about my bloomers in public the better, probably!

Yeah the grass does grow back – in the end. Don’t let The Mister have any more bbq’s in that bit of the garden, til the grass has grown.
I was looking at the garden photos and thinking how good your garden is looking now – hard work paying off?

Aaaanyways… Hippy Birdie to you, for last weekend. The prezzie list is most impressive – your family re so talented. So are you, by the by… Just saying’!

That zombie rabbit is my very favourite, but the LBH apron comes a v close second.
